Como e-mails e páginas de phishing geralmente parecem diferentes, é claro que não há identificador universal. Mas os seguintes pontos ajudarão você a desmascarar o phishing:
- Preste atenção ao remetente e ao endereço do remetente. O remetente e o domínio geralmente diferem dos e-mails originais.
- Verifique o email ou o site para erros de digitação e gramaticais e verifique o layout. Mas lembre-se de que mesmo textos perfeitamente projetados e uma estrutura autêntica não garantem conteúdo seguro.
- Veja os detalhes do email. No Gmail, por exemplo, basta clicar na pequena seta abaixo do remetente. No caso de um email original da Amazon, "Assinado por: amazon.de" deve aparecer aqui - você pode vê-lo na captura de tela à direita. Se nenhuma assinatura for exibida, o e-mail é quase certamente uma farsa.
- Se você estiver em um site, verifique se o URL na parte superior do navegador está correto. Enquanto você estiver no domínio amazon.de, nada poderá lhe acontecer.
- Use proteção contra vírus em tempo real e ative o recurso "Navegação segura" no seu navegador. Isso alertará você sobre sites fraudulentos.
- Se você descobrir um site de phishing, deve denunciá-lo. Dessa forma, você pode impedir que outros usuários sejam capturados pelos golpistas.
