Dividir frações é sempre um desafio. Mas com um truque simples, torna-se muito fácil. Explicamos como resolver frações duplas usando o valor recíproco.
A divisão de frações é tão fácil
- Se você tiver uma fração dupla ou a divisão de duas frações à sua frente (etapas 1 e 2 no gráfico), poderá converter essa divisão em um produto. Isso é muito mais fácil de calcular.
- Se você considerar uma fração dupla (a / b) / (c / d), mantenha a primeira fração - ou seja, acima da linha de fração grande ou antes do sinal de divisão - (a / b) e multiplique pelo inverso da segunda fração - ou seja, (d / c).
- Você pode obter o recíproco de uma fração simplesmente trocando o numerador e o denominador, ou seja, os números acima e abaixo da linha de fração. 1/2 torna-se 2/1 (que, nesse caso, você pode até simplificar para 2).
- Vamos agora considerar a fração dupla (4/3) / (2/9) como um exemplo.
- A primeira fração permanece inalterada: (4/3) e é multiplicada pelo inverso de (2/9) - ou seja, (9/2). Para isso, você pode escrever todos os numeradores e denominadores juntos acima ou abaixo de uma grande fração.
- Neste exemplo, você também pode simplificar encurtando 9 e 3 ou 4 e 2.
- Isso fornece 2 * 3 no numerador e 1 * 1 no denominador. Isso simplesmente resulta em um 6. limpo. Observe que * é frequentemente usado como um sinal de multiplicação.
- O exemplo é simples, mas o método funciona com todos os números que podem ser multiplicados e divididos regularmente. De qualquer forma, será muito mais fácil lidar com frações e divisões duplas.
