Configurar o Exchange Server - como funciona
Antes de poder usar o Exchange, você deve primeiro configurar um servidor. Nesta dica prática, você aprenderá exatamente como fazer isso.
Instale o Exchange Server - é assim que você prossegue
Comece instalando o servidor. Nota: Essas instruções são independentes de uma versão especial do Exchange e, portanto, universalmente aplicáveis.
- Você precisa deste arquivo da Microsoft para a instalação. Faça o download e execute-o.
- Selecione a opção "Conecte-se à Internet e verifique se há atualizações" e clique em "Avançar".
- Aguarde até que as atualizações necessárias tenham sido baixadas e continue com "Avançar".
- Na próxima etapa, você deve concordar com os termos da licença e confirmá-los com "Avançar".
- Em seguida, selecione "Usar configurações recomendadas", marque "Função da caixa de correio" e "Instalar funções e recursos do servidor Windows necessários para instalar o Exchange Server automaticamente" e selecione o espaço de armazenamento do servidor.
- Como alternativa, você pode definir um nome para a organização. Continue com "Next" até clicar em "Install". Agora aguarde a instalação terminar.
Adicionar domínio de email ao Exchange
Após a instalação bem-sucedida do servidor, você precisa adicionar os domínios de email:
- Para fazer isso, acesse o endereço "// localhost / ecp" no seu navegador.
- Selecione "Fluxo de Mensagens" e depois "Domínio Aceito". Depois clique no símbolo "+".
- Digite um nome no campo "Nome" e o respectivo domínio em "Domínio aceito".
- Na parte inferior, você deve selecionar a função do respectivo domínio e adicioná-la com "Salvar".
- Para definir um domínio como padrão, clique no ícone de lápis e marque "Usar este domínio como o domínio padrão". Clique em "Salvar" novamente para aplicar.
Exchange Server: Definir conector de envio
Para que você também possa enviar e-mails da rede, é necessário definir o chamado conector de envio:
- Para fazer isso, acesse o console de administração digitando "// SERVERNAME / ecp" no seu navegador da web. Substitua "SERVERNAME" pelo nome definido anteriormente.
- Em "Fluxo de mensagens", selecione a entrada "Conector de envio" e clique aqui no símbolo "+".
- Digite um nome no campo "Nome" e selecione "Internet". Clique em "Next" para continuar.
- Na próxima etapa, selecione a opção "Registro MX conectado ao domínio do destinatário" e clique em "Avançar" novamente.
- Aqui você deve clicar no "+" e inserir um asterisco (*) em "Nome de domínio totalmente qualificado (FQDN)". Em seguida, confirme sua seleção clicando em "Salvar".
- Clique em "Concluir" para concluir a criação do conector de envio.
Definir espaço de armazenamento no Exchange Server
Nesta etapa, agora você precisa definir os locais de armazenamento dos usuários:
- Para fazer isso, clique em "Servidor" no console de administração e depois em "Bancos de dados". Marque o banco de dados aqui e clique no ícone de lápis.
- Você pode inserir os valores desejados em "Valores limite".
- Com "Salvar", os valores são aceitos e são válidos imediatamente.
Exchange: crie caixas de correio para o servidor
Aqui, mostramos como você pode criar caixas de correio adicionais para novos usuários:
- Para fazer isso, clique em "Caixas de correio" em "Destinatários" no console de administração e depois no símbolo "+". Em seguida, selecione "Caixa de correio do usuário" aqui.
- Na próxima etapa, você deve preencher completamente o formulário para o novo usuário.
- Além disso, aqui você atribui um nome de usuário e uma senha para o novo usuário.
- Com um clique no botão "Salvar", as alterações são aceitas e o usuário pode efetuar login com seus dados.
