- Clique em "Ferramentas" na parte superior do Google Earth e selecione a opção "Iniciar simulador de vôo".
- Agora escolha um dos dois aviões disponíveis. Você pode iniciar seu voo na sua posição atual ou em um aeroporto selecionado.
- Se você clicar no botão "Iniciar", o simulador de vôo será ativado.

- Pressione a tecla [Page Up] para aumentar o impulso. O impulso é reduzido com a tecla [Page Down].
- Para começar, pressione a tecla [F] até que os flaps de início estejam totalmente estendidos. Você pode retirar as abas de partida no ar com a combinação de teclas [Shift] + [F].
- Depois de iniciar, você também pode recolher o material rodante com a tecla [G]. Você pode estendê-lo da mesma maneira para um pouso.
- Use as quatro setas do teclado para controlar o elevador e os ailerons para mover a aeronave. Se você mantiver pressionada a tecla [Shift], poderá usar as teclas de seta esquerda e direita para controlar o leme.
- Se você mantiver pressionada a tecla [Ctrl] ou [Alt], poderá alterar a perspectiva do piloto usando as teclas de seta.
- O visor está oculto com a tecla [H]. Você pode pausar o simulador de vôo com a barra de espaço.
