- Pressione as teclas "Windows" e "E" simultaneamente para que o Explorer seja aberto.
- Clique com o botão direito do mouse no disco rígido externo conectado e selecione a opção "Formato".
- Selecione a opção "FAT32" em "Sistema de arquivos" e clique no botão "Iniciar" abaixo.
