Impedir que o Thunderbird seja excluído automaticamente
Para economizar espaço, o Thunderbird exclui emails antigos após alguns dias. Você pode desativar esta função a qualquer momento:
- Inicie o Thunderbird e clique nas três barras horizontais no canto superior direito.
- Selecione "Configurações" e no submenu "Configurações da conta".
- Uma nova janela é aberta. Alterne para a guia "Sincronização e espaço de armazenamento".
- Na caixa "Excluir mensagens antigas", marque "Nenhuma mensagem" (veja a captura de tela).
Repare uma caixa de entrada quebrada e encontre e-mails "excluídos"
Se as configurações acima não funcionarem, é provável que o arquivo de resumo da sua conta de email esteja corrompido. Mas não se preocupe, você pode corrigi-lo rapidamente:
- Clique com o botão direito do mouse na sua caixa de entrada e escolha Propriedades.
- Clique em "Reparar" e aguarde o Thunderbird recarregar todos os emails.
- Agora os e-mails aparentemente excluídos devem estar visíveis novamente.
