Homebrew: De onde veio o termo?
- A origem da palavra "homebrew", que é especialmente conhecida na cena dos jogos, na verdade vem de uma direção completamente diferente.
- A rigor, é uma tradução quase literal do inglês. Lá, o termo para cerveja autofabricada é usado. Obviamente, "homebrew" não tem nada a ver com cerveja no contexto de jogos. Mas com jogos auto-programados, como explicamos na próxima seção.
O que é homebrew?
- Por programas "homebrew" entende-se programas produzidos por desenvolvedores privados.
- No entanto, por padrão, na maioria dos consoles de jogos e dispositivos portáteis, você não pode executar os programas que escreveu.
